Capture the beauty of the season with a special fall mini photoshoot
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and payment: -Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received. -Full payment is required to secure your spot. 2. Session Duration: -Each mini session lasts approximately 15 minutes. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals will shorten your session. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: -Rescheduling is allowed up to 72hrs in advance before your session, subject to avalability. -In case of bad weather, the session may be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion. You will be notified as early as possible. -Cancellations within 72hrs of the session will result in the forfeiture of 50% payment. 4. Image Delivery: -You will receive 5-10 edited images via a private online gallery within 2 weeks after the session. Additional images and prints may be available for purchase. 5. Client Responsibilities: -Please ensure that all participants are prepared and dressed appropriately for the session. Outfit changes are not permitted due to the time constraints of the mini session. -The client is responsible for the behavior and safety of all participants, particularly children. 6. Usage Rights: - By booking a session, you grant the photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes. If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify us. 7. Refund Policy -Funds are non-refundable unless cancelled 72 hrs. prior to session, then clients will 50% payment back. Full refunds are granted if photographer must cancel the session without rescheduling options. By booking a mini session, you agree to the terms outlined above.
